Is the mockup really free? What’s the catch?
It’s really free, and there’s no obligation. Daniel designs your homepage first so you can see exactly what you’d get. Love it? A 50% deposit starts the full build. Don’t? Walk away and owe nothing.
What do I need to send for the mockup?
Your business name, your current website (or “none”), your email and your town. A phone number helps but is optional.
What does it cost?
Launch is $4,500 setup + $149/month. Growth is $6,900 + $499/month. Domination is $8,900 + $849/month. Add-ons for existing sites are listed on the pricing page.
How do payments work?
The mockup is free. If you love it, a 50% deposit on setup starts the full build and the other 50% is due at launch. Monthly plans start at launch, with a 12-month term and then month to month. Cash or card.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Never. You stay the owner of your domain, Google profile and ad accounts. You invite us by email as a manager and can remove us any time.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is always yours. Once the project is paid in full, you own the finished site: its custom design, code and the content we create for you, and we hand over what you need to host it anywhere.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Google decides rankings on its own and changes its rules often. We promise the work: a fast, clear site, a fully optimized Google profile and the tools that make it easy to call, book and review you.
What about ad spend for Local Services Ads?
Ad spend goes on your own card, in your own account, paid straight to Google with no markup. Our management fee is separate: $349/month or 15% of spend, whichever is higher, and included in Domination for budgets up to $2,500/month.
Are there other bills?
Call tracking and review-request software are included in your monthly fee. You pay your domain name directly, and booking tools like Calendly, Square, Housecall Pro or Jobber stay on your own account.
I don’t have a website at all. Can you help?
Yes. New sites for businesses with none are a big part of what we do. Just put “none” in the website field.
Which areas do you serve?
Small local businesses across the Dayton–Cincinnati area of Ohio, including the towns in between. Daniel meets in person.
Who will I actually work with?
Daniel Krug, directly, from the mockup to the monthly care.
I’m already a client. Where do I start onboarding?
Use the client launch checklist at krugdigital-start.netlify.app. It collects your details and the account invites we need, never passwords.
